I like that it's easy to get data into our accounting software, as well has getting reports in real time so we are able keep an eye out for any issues with inventory or pricing etc before they happen! The customer service is also top notch - nothing ever seems too hard when you have someone who can help at every step :) There isn't anything really wrong about this product but if there was one thing i would change then maybe having some more stock options available? We use point-of sale systems all over my business (from POS hardware through ERP) which makes life easier than using just 1 system across multiple locations/brands.
