These masks have filters that fit snugly and the ear loops are easy to adjust. It makes me feel safer in shops and on the train. They are good for walking on the street where there are more people around. However, I do not recommend them for strenuous activities. I tried wearing it to the gym. I could hardly breathe, so I had to change mask to practice.
