I love these little things! I cook and freeze many dishes at the same time. Once everything is cut they are a big help in keeping all the freezer bags open so I can just take turns putting everything in. I especially like that they fold flat! This makes storage very easy! I kept an empty gallon sized bag to hold all the holders together. I gave one of the holders to my sister and she keeps it right in the box with her bags. I never thought I would need them until I started making frozen foods, but now I wish I had bought at least one of these little things a few years ago!
