Great massager and very impressive features for a chairless machine (ie portable, not the huge ones you see at Sharper Image/Brookstone/Costco). I actually used it leaning against the wall because it's easier to put it on a chair I would never take it off :-). The back massage function is powerful and has good zone selection functionality, although I might have preferred an aiming mode where it can be moved to a predetermined spot for tough knot work. However, the predefined upper/lower zones are well placed. The neck massager is good and I appreciate the up/down controls for users of different heights or if you want it to go a little deeper into your shoulders. Sometimes when the back roll is doing the upper back work my neck can be a bit out of reach of the bolsters, but I think this is a fair compromise considering how far the neck block is already protruding. The heater is a good feature and it starts working quickly. I always love this company's products!
