is not the case and the included instructions do not explain how to spray or troubleshoot the process . Maybe we rent an apartment and the kitchen faucet is old with fluctuating water pressure, we still don't quite get it. Either way, it's a super water saver with enough power to wash dishes and fill pitchers in the sink. and don't last forever. The case is very durable, not cheap plastic, so I expect it to last quite a while. As mentioned in other reviews, it doesn't swivel too far, but it's enough for our sink and needs. Four stars for any explanation as to why you can't get the spray settings troubleshooter.
