I disagree with the other reviews. This facial hair remover has worked great for me. I apply a very thick layer all over the face (mustache, chin and cheeks). I have a lot of facial hair, ranging from thick and dark to peachy, and almost all hair is gone. I also left it for 11 minutes (although the maximum is 10) and then used the convex side of the applicator to remove the cream and hair. It worked great! And I am 45 years old and have been using chemical hair removal products for many years. My skin was very soft afterwards and my vitamin C serum tingled (even a bit burned) when I applied it right after. Now the next morning my skin is very tender and my glycolic cream is tingling too! No more hair, but follow the directions and leave on for a few minutes!
