I like that you can go back in time so if there's something else we want it shows up as well! It would be nice for some of our videos not have such long pauses between sections or cutouts during breaks/etc..

Overall great product but just needs more options with editing out break times etc - otherwise its perfect!! We've started using this service because everything was too complicated before now all my questions are answered by having someone explain things over live chat instead of searching through an FAQ online which takes forever sometimes haha.- The ability do add multiple people into one screen at once when doing webinars has been helpful since everyone wants different information from me depending where they're located around campus (the office vs outside). Also being able use Zoom makes life easier than trying to get together via phone calls everytime i need help solving problems related specifically regarding learning your benefit plans & enrollment processs-. This saves us alot compared other services who charge monthly fees plus.
