I like that you can go back in time so if there's something else we want it shows up as well! It would be nice for some of our videos not have such long pauses between sections or cutouts during breaks/etc.. Overall great product but just needs more options with editing out break times etc - otherwise its perfect!! I like learning new material from Learn Your Benefit! The videos are very helpful with explaining topics that can be confusing or hard for me personally as someone who has never had health insurance before. It's easy to learn at my own pace in comfortable surroundings while relaxing after work hours. The best part of this software so far has been that it allows me access from home or my mobile device for any questions I might have while out at work (since we are now able to be more remote). When you login there's an option in every screen where if your unsure what something means/does click help which will take users directly into instructional videos explaining how they function along with links back up where applicable!
