I like that you can easily access videos from any device! And there are so many different topics available for viewing as well - it's pretty great!! The interface could be improved upon (it looks outdated).

It would also help if they had more options when searching through all of your various accounts/benefits programs in one place instead having them scattered throughout multiple tabs or windows within our LYB account page itself.- Have easy accessibility via mobile devices with no trouble accessing important information at anytime anywhere we need it most;-).
