I like learning new material from Learn Your Benefit! The videos are very helpful with explaining topics that can be confusing or hard for me personally as someone who has never had health insurance before. It's easy to learn at my own pace in comfortable surroundings while relaxing after work hours. There aren't any downsides yet but would love more information/videos pertaining specifically to life events such as birthdays & anniversaries so we have something other than just general info during our weekly meetings. If you're looking for an engaging way of teaching your team members what they need to know to stay healthy AND happy then this program will most likely do it! We've been using it since 2016 (our first year) and there really hasn't been anything negative said by anyone. This tool allows us to provide education without having multiple people coming into one office which creates too many distractions when.
