I had no idea portable monitors existed until recently. Since March 2020 I have been working from home with a large monitor and a laptop as a second monitor. Everything was fine, but so many times I wish I had a third monitor. My desk has an awkward shape and I can't install a second normal monitor in the room. However, this portable monitor with a stand is low enough to fit in the space I have. It changed the way I work. I don't have to stop as often to switch between apps, so it's easier for me to stay in the flow. I can keep my Slack screen on all the time and see what's going on. If I want I can assign a screen for video. This monitor was very easy to install. I had to go back and look at the pictures to see how to use the lid stand, but after that it was a breeze. The screen quality is good. It might be a little yellower or darker than my regular monitor, but that's okay. It's not intended for anything like graphic design, but rather for displaying written content, such as an inbox, a Slack channel, or a document. He's perfect for that. I like the idea that I can use it for other purposes, but it's not necessary at the moment. But if I need a portable monitor for something else, I'm very happy to have this one.
