I love this lunch bag! I work as a nurse and can fit my lunch and some snacks in this bag, along with a bottle of water on each side! I put a few bags of tea, gum, bags of snacks, and my supplies into the slot on the flap. I bought a separate pack of four ice packs. Together with the insulating interior, it keeps the taste of my food for at least 5 hours. The shoulder strap is a comfortable length and it's great that it has a top handle so I can easily hold it when my bag is heavy some days. I have received many compliments on my bag. Great buy at a great price!
