Review on Escali ECO157 Digital Kitchen Bamboo by James White

I bought this scale in April 2020. I've been using them long enough and frustrated enough to comfortably look through them. Libra has many positive qualities that I liked so much that it was hard for me to decide to give it up and go back to what I was using before. I like the long bed, the easy cleaning, the easy readability. The HOLD function is great. The problem is that it's too easy to accidentally reset it. Too many times have I been in the middle of measuring a bunch of ingredients to look down as an ingredient is added and see that the weight has returned to zero. This has happened to me several times and I refuse to do this. Only the smallest brush is needed. It doesn't even have to be a hand. can be the back edge of a tea towel. Often I don't even know what triggered it. It's a shame because otherwise the design is great.
