The best part of this program for me was being able to see what my dispatchers were doing so I could give them direction when they needed it most! Also if you are in an area where there aren't any other programs like this then definitely go with data watch because its great at keeping track of everything your dispatch center needs to do every day from start to finish.

It wasn’t anything bad but just be prepared for some training before getting started as well as having someone who knows how to use all features properly since not everyone does. We used our software throughout many different counties which made things easier than ever before by giving us more control over each location instead of one dispatcher managing multiple locations across several states or even countries.
