They are very good at what they do. I've never had an issue with them for over 2 years of using their product. We use multiple apps in our business; from email marketing management through project tracking & resource scheduling - all done via content tap. Great customer service! The support team responds quickly everytime we have any questions or issues (and it's not often!). As far as pricing goes there should be flexibility built into that so some plans can offer more features then others while still remaining competitively priced but without becoming out-of-reach options when you need something basic like webpages hosting etc. Try them if your looking to replace other services such as MS Office 365/ Google Apps since this one integrates well wth our existing tools seamlessly which keeps everyone happy (internal staff included). Project Management, Resource Scheduling in order to get ahead faster and keep ourselves organized. ContentTap is great. It is easy to use, and allows for customization as required. It is very flexible, and the support is excellent. I have not found any reason to dislike this product. It is very easy to use and allows great customization. It allows us to effectively and efficiently track and manage our documents and other content. We are able to track and manage our content, and make sure it is accessible.
