Ball has good vibration at speed 4 and seems to work well. The only thing that confuses is the power button. It keeps turning off when I download it. I put the ball away from the power button and the ball starts rolling, it rolls onto the power button and the ball goes off, then I have to press the button four times to get it back to where I was. That. It's frustrating, so there has to be a lock button to disable the power button so it doesn't keep turning off. Otherwise no other issues and it works for me if left on.
