Very Good - Balms and Moisturizers
My lips have been very chapped lately. The scrub is minty and smells nice - I accidentally licked it a few times and it's sweet. Not uncomfortable at all. This isn't *that* moisturizing, I'd rate it 5 stars, but that's the main issue. For example, within 3 minutes your lips feel good, maybe? Lip oils dry quickly. I thought I wasn't applying enough but applying more oil caused a disgusting feeling and it didn't last long. Maybe it's just me :) I still liked it
