Easy way to manage meetings/conferences
I like that it has integration with Google Calendar, Zapier, and other applications. This makes it easy to use! I don't dislike anything about Event Catalyst. I would recommend giving it a try! It helps with a lot of things, especially when it comes to managing multiple events. It is also easy to use. I use it to schedule people to events, as well as, send reminders to the people I schedule. I like how easy it was for our staff to use this software. It allowed us to track attendance easily with just one click! The only thing we didn't love about EventCatalyst is that there wasn't an option for multiple check-in times per day. This would have been nice if they offered that feature. We used eventcatalyst for all of our inbound conferences as well as our annual conference.
- Ease at scheduling large groups without needing any additional help from management or team members involved by simply entering email addresses into system no need to enter phone numbers / mobile number which can make life easier & faster!! No problems booking same attendees more than once
