Review on JOHO BAKING Non-Stick Cookie Sheet Pan Set - 2-Piece Baking Tray, 13inch, Champagne Gold by Allison Acosta

Smaller than expected but the best pans I have ever used. First, let's admire the gorgeous rose gold color. Second, they are truly non-stick. I need both to bake a whole batch of cookies. I used one with the silicone mat and one without. The cookie stuck a little to the silicone mat, but separated easily from the others with a regular spatula. I've used them twice so far and hand washed them. I hope they stay nice and don't stick for long. Highly recommended so far.
