I counted every piece and got every single part mentioned. Protective film IS there but very thin and a tad difficult to remove if you're just trying to use your fingers but as a Cricut user I used my weeding tool and removed it easily. A thumbtack or something with equal sharpness can be CAREFULLY used to lift film as to not scratch the acrylic and peel off the rest of the way with your fingers. They are nice n clear. The film IS there people just don't pay attention. I've attached pictures to show one with film and one without and removing the film. Satisfied amd will definitely order again.
