Review on ๐Ÿš› OESpectrum Truck Shock Absorber by Monroe 37137 by Jose Miller

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good Trip! on parts

I made a few changes to the suspension system on the 2004 Dakota, so it's difficult to do justice to these shocks. However, they do get their fair share of praise. About a year ago I put heavy Monroe shocks on my newly purchased used Dakota. From experience with another Dakota of the same generation, I knew that Dakotas tend to squat with minimal body weight, or even with three adults in the back seat. When I needed new tires I also tried to align them as the tires were worn on the outside edge. Correct alignment is not possible due to worn silent blocks of the levers. I rebuilt the entire front end including these shock absorbers. The truck drives and drives like new now. This is ensured by new shock absorbers, new upper and lower links with ball joints and bushings and new track rod ends. I am very satisfied with the overall result.
