This purchase was an upgrade to a very basic $19 hydration pack I desperately bought at a department store the eve of a trail race. I'll preface my review by saying I'm cheap. I rarely spend that much money on anything for running/hiking as I always feel like there has to be a cheaper alternative I can live with even if it's not the best. Luckily it was a gift from my husband, otherwise I wouldn't have stupidly spent the money this time either. This purchase was worth every penny! It is very comfortable and does not slip, pinch, rub or pinch anywhere. I don't even realize I'm wearing it. It has plenty of storage pockets and holds plenty of water in the included hydration bladder. Also, the front pockets can be used to store extra flasks or bottles. I will never buy another pack other than Nathan, no matter what the cost.
