After contacting the company they sent me a new one which works great! Thank you for resolving the issue and great customer service! It used to work great, completely melted 3 wick candles from bathtubs and body work. This can save you a lot of money because the candle never burns. BUT a month later the heating pad temperature control started to fail. Now it doesn't detect when there is something on the hotplate. I really don't like the auto on/off safety feature because if I put a candle on it now it never works. You can see in my video it only detects the weight when I TOUCH the hotplate. which obviously could never work to use it. Really dissatisfied and disappointed with this product. They said there is a 12 month warranty so I will keep an eye out for a replacement/repair.
