I am very annoyed with this heating pad. It refuses to detect when I have a cup of coffee on it, so it doesn't heat up or stay on for more than 5 minutes. It fits my very large and very heavy candle but not my favorite mug. I love the idea of the auto shut off if there is no mug on it, but seriously? Isn't a full cup of coffee heavy enough for him? Ridiculous.

I like that it keeps my drink hot for hours and turns off automatically if the cup isn't picked up. The cord is long enough to reach the floor plug from the side table. Update: I purchased this heating pad on September 9th, 2021 and have noticed that in the last month of use the surface does not clean well and looks awful. Accordingly, I am very disappointed with this product. Would NOT recommend buying.

I bought this and it worked great. Then after a few months it stopped working. And that was outside of the Amazon return window. I saw the email address at the bottom of the article. So I emailed them and they immediately emailed me a new one. That works great! And they said if I had any problems in the future they would take care of it again. Very satisfied. This is a great little product that works exactly as advertised. I checked the temperature of my coffee outside of the machine and the temperature fluctuated between 131 and 135 degrees. This is the temperature the heater will maintain. It's important to put hot coffee on top straight from the coffee maker as as the description states it retains heat and is NOT designed to bring warm coffee to the desired temperature. After contacting the company they sent me a new one which works great! Thank you for resolving the issue and great customer service! It used to work great, completely melted 3 wick candles from bathtubs and body work. This can save you a lot of money because the candle never burns. BUT a month later the heating pad temperature control started to fail. Now it doesn't detect when there is something on the hotplate. I really don't like the auto on/off safety feature because if I put a candle on it

I really like this product. I have bought other more decorative candle warmers and sent them all back as soon as I received this one. Others didn't even heat small candles enough to smell the scent.
