Can't fully focus, sound is great.

, I have tried everything to focus, I can see very little difference when I turn the knob all the way in either direction to focus, I can see the lenses move in and out out, but that makes no difference to me. no focus for individual eyes, only both at once. The sound is great, free gaming accessory, I have no idea how to use it, I don't play video games but I'm very tech savvy.
