I'm going through chemo and thought it would be nice to have a wig. I checked quite a bit before deciding on this one. It didn't have many product reviews, so I was a little concerned about that. I will say that this is a chic long curly wig but it doesn't suit me at all. I'm a person who doesn't like to draw attention to myself and it made me look like a Disney princess. I think it would be great for cosplay or even a younger audience (late teens to 20's). I'm almost 40 and I just feel like I'm not. I sent it back and there was no problem. I'm taking off a star because I think the color doesn't really match the product photo. It's definitely an ash blonde like the description says, but the product photo looks more golden to me. The root says "dark root" which I think is subjective because it didn't seem that dark (darker in the product photo).
