Just Terrible - Networking Products

There are so many errors in this order that I can't even fit them all into 200 characters on the back could page. First they sent the wrong model number as shown in one of the attached pictures. Second, I ordered a new item but received a resold item instead. And there were some resale stickers on the box so this router has been returned and resold multiple times. And finally, the most terrible problem is that one of the previous buyers started setting up this router and eventually returned it after setting the admin password. Therefore, any attempt to install it requires entering this password, which no one knows except the original purchaser. And the "Forgot Password" button in the Nighthawk app doesn't work, clicking it doesn't do anything. So the product I received is the wrong one, has been resold despite being described as new, and cannot be used by anyone other than the original purchaser. At least Revain got my money back, but that wasn't the first time. We have received many defective or non-functional items through Revain's "Certified Resale Program". They obviously don't test these items when they get them back, just send them off to the nearest sucker to take care of. We have received saws with teeth missing, a heavily used jackhammer returned as new by someone who just bought it by simply putting their old used one in the box and keeping the new one for themselves. And now a router nobody can use. If someone at Revain actually reads them, tell your boss to tell the whore or her boss to tell someone with influence over the company to either step up the process of checking the quality of resale items or just this program should close completely. It's fun and easy to solve.
