One of the two I bought just got stuck on the burn

I ended up installing them on my new Dodge which I bought in March of this year. They were only on the truck and used for 2 months and one just went into steady burn with no mode change selection and doesn't respond to mode change inputs. I checked my wiring and applied the mode change voltage directly to the mode change wire with no response. Do they have a guarantee? If yes, am I still in this period? Thank you I then give 4 stars because they worked great (one is still working), they are very bright and easy to install, but I can change this depending on the outcome of the current problem.
