Pretty good set of strobe lights. Hard to beat for the price. Do not run them unless you have permission or the appropriate license to do so. The wiring is pretty simple. Just connect plus, +12V and ground (you can connect it to the car frame or body if there is no color), then change the strobe pattern with a yellow/white wire (you can even do it with make 9 V).
