Pretty good set of strobe lights. Hard to beat for the price. Do not run them unless you have permission or the appropriate license to do so. The wiring is pretty simple. Just connect plus, +12V and ground (you can connect it to the car frame or body if there is no color), then change the strobe pattern with a yellow/white wire (you can even do it with make 9 V). Battery instead of another 12V source. No control module is required, so all you have to do is turn them on or off. I'd recommend some kind of lighted toggle switch so you know when it's on and don't accidentally ride along. I'd also recommend buying a license plate bracket and modifying it so that you can easily install it without drilling in the car.
