If this information is of any use, the version of Windows 10 used must be at least 20H2; otherwise, installing the AMD video driver will be problematic. Only by switching to "manual" option was I able to successfully install drivers on my HP 15s-eq1418ur laptop running Windows 10 LTSC (1809), which has a Picasso video core. Some advantages include that it is a nice laptop, that it is smart, that it does not heat up, that it has a good screen, that a Samsung SSD is included, that the keyboard is suitable for a four, but that it is overall good value for the money. Other disadvantages include difficulties encountered when installing drivers on Windows 10 LTSC (information can be found in the comment section below).
