The company got a free upgrade from 4GB to 500GB and two free games! On day one, there were a few issues with logging in correctly and the error codes kept popping up. But we got it working and everything has been fine ever since. The included power adapter didn't work, but luckily we had an old one. The one supplied isn't the one that originally came with the 360, as it doesn't say "Xbox 360" like they should have; We can only assume that the item has been repaired or replaced with another in some way. Also, the system works great and you can find one of the cheaper kits you can find now to buy the 360. The kids are happy with it.
