I was hoping for better results from this amino acid supplement. Based on my observations it didn't have any noticeable impact on my energy levels or athletic performance .The one positive is that its easy to mix into any drink or smoothie. However, I wouldn't recommend purchasing this product as there are better options available in the Health and Household category..
