Powershred has great reviews online and seemed like an easy purchase. And the chopper arrived two days after I ordered it, so it was excellent. However, as soon as I opened the box and started collecting them, I started liking them less and less. The basket is bulky and uncomfortable. The detachable basket part doesn't connect to the body part, it just sits there. It also looked used and dusty and there was still paper in the blades. I assembled and tested it. I wasn't impressed. I took some really thin pages out of an investment brochure to test and the shredder sounded like it was dying. I had enough, I wrapped it up and sent it back the next day.
