I really like the ease of use after setup. I had a little trouble flushing, but found I had to fill the tank, then let it sit for about 15 minutes, then hold the flush button down until it beeps. I like how narrow it is because I have such limited options. Note that hard water will require you to check and replace your reverse osmosis filter more frequently than soft water. So keep that in mind. I use a water softener for the shower, so I just fill my tank with softened shower water. You also need to buy some concentrated minerals or the filtered water will upset your body's mineral balance. (The reverse osmosis system removes almost all contaminants, so you have to put what you really need back in.) I use ConcenTrace Micronutrient Concentrate (also on Revain) and add about 1/2 cl per cup. After that, the water becomes almost sweet.
