i use this bag to collect the contents of the cat litter then i throw these bags in a metal bucket for decor plus diapers so it does NOT absorb odors like most genie diapers or cat litter. I can't go to the outside trash can every night so I remove the kitty litter, fold these bags and place these bags in the Decor Plus diaper bin to rid my house of any stink. When are you going to MY house? There is no way of knowing if I have a cat. Update: I've found that a cheap roll of lavender scent packets sold at Walmart hides the smell of my cat donations much better. I still use the bag to toss in Decor Plus, but I NOW use the much cheaper purple bag roll sold in Walmart trash bags. These bags have MUCH BETTER ODOR CONTROL than these.
