My wife had a surfboard and I wanted to go with her. This is a great way to get started. The kit includes everything you need except a life jacket and a whistle. The board is easy to inflate with the included pump and is light enough to carry in the water. The included dry bags were a nice touch, allowing you to grab your keys and phone and keep them dry. The paddle is adjustable and easily extended long enough for my needs. On the first try, I swam away from the bank and got up carefully. The board is stable enough that I was able to stand up for the rest of the ride. This is great value for everything that is included.
