This skirt is just gorgeous and so flattering! I'm 4'11' and 199 pounds, I ordered a large. The large fits like a glove and offers just the right amount of waist freedom. It fits my natural waist perfectly and is so flattering on the tummy area. The elastic waistband is ideal, especially for those like me who shift their weight to the legs and buttocks. It was a bit tight on my thighs which is a personal issue for me. If you have small hips, don't worry! The print is really nice and colorful, the teal and different shades of pink really make it stand out. The material is soft and of good quality. The skirt is not see through at all, don't worry. You can't beat the price and quality.
