I have a Duralast climber that I bought from Autozone a few years ago. I needed new wheels as the bearings were starting to fall apart and the undercarriage wasn't moving smoothly. I ordered them because they were the cheapest option and they looked just like the ones I had. Okay, they fit a square bottom hole and a slightly larger round top hole (e.g. vines). My duralast has round holes on the top and bottom of the creeper. So I put the washer (included) on the bottom instead of the top and when I tightened the spare tire it still wasn't seated properly. The square shape at the base of the wheel shaft was slightly larger than the round hole. So I decided to just tighten the nut and put the "square bolt" in the "round hole". Seems to work.
