Don't buy. I've spent money on two of these since June. I let my first trial offer expire without signing up, so I was automatically blocked. There was no way to reach customer service so I spent another $100 to buy a second one since my dog is a runner. The tracker is not accurate at all. I take him outside for 20 minutes and once out of about 10 walks he actually says he's going in and out of his perimeter, the rest of the time he's still saying he's home safe and sound. We sat with him on the couch while he was sleeping the other day and my app went nuts saying it would find him in 10 different locations around the area within minutes. I even turned on a more accurate tracker and his collar lit up, telling him he was down the street, in a different neighborhood, a few miles away, and the whole time he was in our line of sight next to us on the couch. Customer service is non-existent, right now I paid $200 and a subscription fee for a color that doesn't work. I can only imagine the heart attack this will cause when we go to work or travel and constantly see notifications like this while actually being safe and sound at home. Don't buy, or at least don't buy from a US based company that has customer service. Also, this company does not accept returns or replacements. So if you forget to sign up for a subscription, remember that the hundred dollars you spent were totally worthless!
