Package arrived on time and all three items work. Connected to my system and ran some test applications with some USB libraries. Basically works like STM32F103C8T6. Reports ST Link in flash utility as well as STM32F103C8T6 and was able to update ST LINK with the latest firmware. On closer inspection, both the board and the programmer contain cloned chips made by CKS and NOT by STM. This board normally operates at 72MHz, but can also operate at 48MHz and 128MHz. I found that this particular CKS clone does NOT run at 128MHz and ends up in a blocking state. Curious what other problems I'll run into, but they'll probably work fine for my particular application. It is difficult to find information about CKS as their website returns 403 and there are very few other sources.
