This is a nice way to store brooms, washcloths, mops, etc in the basement. It is attractive and very well made, especially the object holders without loops and hanging holes. I love it and can't believe how easy the solution to my clutter removal problem was. There are a few inconsistencies between the product and its description: 1) Most important: The mounting holes are not 16 inches apart as stated in the description. even plaster from the last century or so) only one hole is lined up with a bolt Another screw comes straight out of the wall when you take your broom out of the rack to turn it (ask me how I know). My solution was to screw a piece of wood from post to post and mount the post on top of that. Not a big deal, but it shouldn't be necessary and the description is deceiving. 2) Less important: There aren't four screws as the description says, there are two - one at each end. It's not a big deal, but it should make you think about how much weight you're hanging from this rack and where. Again, the description is misleading. but it won't affect the installation nearly as much as mismatched mounting holes a short distance from the studs. All in all I like this shelf very much and I think it's worth every penny. It would have been a five star product if it was an inch longer, but I'm very happy with it. This solved a major clutter problem for me.
