My ryzen 3600x without overclocking heated up to a maximum of 73 degrees in the tests. I replaced the complete fan with Iceberg Thermal IceGALE Xtra 140 - it cooled down by 3 degrees, but the howl from the fan is wild. Tweaked rpm only for situations related to 3d rendering. Now everything is quiet. Experience can be recognized as not harmful, but not very useful either. Perhaps with other temperature gradients on more powerful 5900 processors, the benefit of replacing the fan will be greater. (everything happened in the Thermaltake Core V71 case)
