The product is used for our enterprise class VPNs and MPLS VPN tunnels. This allows us an easy way to maintain and scale these networks without having to go through any technical issues. I like how we can set up policies for multiple VPN users at once with this software. It doesn't seem like it has been updated in over 12 years as all their versions are pretty outdated by now. Not much to dislike at this point unless there was something updated lately for newer features I wanted to use. If you're looking into using this product, ask about older versions. We have a bunch of other products with varying companies, but this one seems to work best for us specifically. At the time we were using all older releases of VPN Concentrators products. We needed some new features to help us expand to more devices. By switching to this product, all of our legacy equipment worked better with our newest hardware. The support team is very responsive and helpful when I have questions or need help with an issue we are having. They also do not charge for any calls made during normal work hours (M-F 8am - 5pm). If there was anything I didn't like about them it would be they don't seem to care as much about our clients needs as other companies might. We are solving problems related to internet connectivity issues in schools and businesses.
