The product was very well packaged and came with various cables/accessories for easy connection/installation. There were also two different mounting bracket options for attaching the monitor. The monitor also had a nice snap-on sunshade that really cut out the glare. There were two options for mounting the monitor. One option was to use screws for attachment and the other was to use 3M glue. After installation, you can orient the monitor in specific directions. In addition, there was a 23-foot cable and a 43-foot cable that could be used to connect the monitor to the camera. They also included an extension cord if you need extra cord length. A 2D camera can also be connected to the product, but for the moment one camera is enough for me. First let me say the customer service was via email but it was excellent. I emailed several questions about my order and the product and always received an email response the next day. Obviously you are in a different country/time zone. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Items were very well packaged in a box and delivery of the Prime was quick. It comes with a booklet with installation instructions, and the booklet includes a QR code to scan the installation video. The video explained everything I needed to know to hook it up. The reason I bought this camera was to get a better view of my flatbed truck while towing it. I use my trailer for odd jobs almost every day and because my truck is very high it's hard for me to see in the side mirrors when reversing. This camera solved my problem, especially since it has a very wide field of view. My truck is 2011 so it only had a very small poor quality camera which can be seen on the rearview mirror and is black and white. The camera for this is in colour, and the image on the monitor is wide-angled and extremely clear. Both the camera and monitor feel sturdy and very well built. The monitor's sunshade is made of medium-strength plastic, but once it's in place, there's no need to fiddle with it. I have attached a few photos to my review. After taking the pictures, I found that the protective film was still on the front of the monitor. I think I was so blown away by the clarity and range of the camera that I lost it in my head. So the place in the lower left corner in these two photos is a pull tab to remove the protective film. Also, the sun was starting to go down so the lighting wasn't as good as it could be in the photos. The images don't really match the image, but I wanted to include them to give you an idea of the lighting. It's much clearer than what you see in the pictures. I like the wide angle! I would highly recommend this camera especially for its price, quality, great customer service and 2 year warranty. I have a few friends who have RVs/trailers who would definitely recommend this camera to them. The purchase includes a two-year quality guarantee and lifetime technical support.
