I love how easy it was for me as Sales Director at my past job (where we used this software)to create different email campaigns from our main website/blog with one click rather than creating an entire new campaign each time which had been taking hours upon days! The support team were very helpful - they answered all questions promptly within minutes when required so there wasn't any delay during implementation etc.. Sometimes emails would get delivered but not read properly by some clients; however Support helped resolve these issues quickly without needing us having go through lengthy back-and forths via phone calls over several weeks before solving them themselves etc...
