Review on GEARWRENCH 83119 3Piece Metric Socket by Lory Finley

Socket inserts are generally good. Keep in mind that while the picture of the SAE shells is orange, the description says they are black, but I haven't read it. The downsides are that some of the pins don't fit in the sockets. While sockets should be stored upside down (drive/ratchet side up), the 3/8" socket and 1/4" socket should be stored drive side down (1st photo). 2nd picture - drive 1/4, head 9/16 does not even go all the way through the pin no matter which way the head is turned. The third drawing is a metric 3/8 drive and they all fit. It seems the trays are designed to be installed upside down, but some don't fit. I even use socket wrenches. In general I am satisfied, only I wish they were all orange and that the sockets fit all the pins.
