Review on Valterra TR38 Wye Rotating Valve - 3-Inch Hub x 1.5-Inch Hub x 3-Inch Bayonet Cap, Black by Brandon Carr

It appears to be a well made product. I bought this to replace the existing Valterra drain on my 1986 16ft camper trailer. I don't know if the valves I replaced were original or not, but they looked pretty much the same as this kit. So I bought them hoping it would be a direct exchange. I didn't want to cut the ABS pipe. So my plan was to just unscrew the valves on the flanges and screw the new ones onto the existing flanges. I cut out Luckily I had enough room to cut off the existing flange and glue the new one on. The smaller diameter tube was in the exact spot where it could be bolted. Don't expect it to be a snug fit on the old valve, although it was surprisingly tight and ended up working with a little modification, which was a lot better than ramming couplers into both pipes to fix.
