Simply put, the product does not work as described. It just randomly stops tracking and stops working until it's unplugged and plugged back into the car. Updates in 1 minute? no More like 2-3, maybe 30. Is my device broken? It's possible that this is the case, but since I've contacted the support team 4 times and they haven't contacted me at all, I'm left with no choice but to return the product and go the other way. Based solely on the customer service I received I would avoid this product at all costs. If that's not enough for you, go to the device interface. speed limit? It literally looks like it was coded for Windows 98, and on top of that it uses a version of Google Maps that Google no longer supports. It's clumsy, slow, and frankly looks like they paid someone $5 an hour to log all API calls to Google Maps for them. There are now many new products on the market.
