I like that it has allowed me to track all of my applicants, as well as keeping in contact with them when they are waiting for their background check or drug test results.

The software allows you to upload documents into your case, but not edit those files after uploading them. It's easy enough to use once you understand how everything works, so we don't have too many problems using this software. We've been able to see who our candidates have contacted about their applications, which makes scheduling interviews much easier than before.
